The company has the shipyard located in Jiangsu District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and designed annual output value of RMB 3 billion. In June, 2010, AVIC Intl Shanghai joined the shares and became holding owner. The shipyard is designated to build high standard vessels of special types. On the delivery list, LPG/LEG/LNG multipurpose gas carriers and duel fuel chemical tankers etc have filled several gaps in the world.
